Modern Victorian
The focal point in this necklace is a very large rutilated quartz briolette (1 ¾” long by 1 ¾” wide across). I twisted antique brass colored wire, adding garnet, dyed jade, pearls, smoky quartz and glass beads to complement the pendant. The overall result is a charming necklace that will surely be a conversation piece!
Rutilated Quartz is believed to have the ability to soothe dark moods and relieve fears, phobias and anxiety. It is also said to treat the respiratory tract and bronchitis as well as stimulate growth and regeneration in cells and repairs torn tissues.
